Here's a poster for V for Vendetta



I'd like you to note the following:

1. The slogan 'Freedom Forever.' Notice the snappy alliteration?
2. The composition. Look at the strong diagonal line that runs from bottom left to top right that splits the poster.
3. The use of contrast. See how light and dark are played out in the poster.
4. The figure of V who is an ambivalent, somewhat menacing figure.
5. The image of the oppressed masses in the background and the figure of V in the foreground.

Write a short paragraph on your favourite film. Give two reasons why you like this film. Write a draft of the paragraph and then revise the paragraph, polishing your work so that it contains as few errors as possible. You do not need to type this work.
